Listing Agent
Expanding real estate office is looking for a new addition to the TEAM. Listing agent should have prior experience in real estate sales in the Metro Atlanta area. Training, leads and closing service will be provided. Buyer agent will be responsible for converting leads to appointments and appointments to contracts. Must agree to use the TEAM approved Follow Up System for buyers to include scheduling and attending final walk through with client. Listing Agent must own a computer and cell phone and will be responsible for paying all board dues and Keller Williams fees. Candidate should have a positive attitude, be a good communicator both written and verbal and a TEAM player.
- Georgia Real Estate license
- Knowledge of Metro Area
- Sales experience
- Agree to attend weekly team meetings and training.
- Monthly call duty

Buyer Agent

Part-time Runner
Installing and removing real estate signs, under contract and sold riders. Delivering contracts, flyers, running errands, etc for the team members.
